Foie Gras and Fig Confiture
Ingredients:
Toasted bread (thinly sliced)
foie gras
fig jam or jelly
Directions:
Spread a thin layer of foie gras onto a slice of toasted bread. Add about a teaspoon of fig jam on top of the foie gras. Ready to serve.
