Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (whole milk)
1 cucumber (seeded, cut in half and sliced finely)
2 cloves garlic (pressed or finely minced)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 table spoons chopped dill
salt and pepper
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine and mix well all ingredients. Allow the mixture to chill before serving.
