Salmon Tartare

Ingredients:
2 cups salmon filet coarsely chopped
1 cup smoked salmon
2 tablespoons chopped dill
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped shallot

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. All the mixture to chill before serving. Serve with toasted sliced baguette.
